The 13th edition of the African Movie Academy Awards (AMAA) held on the 15th of July 2017 at the Eko Hotels Victoria Island, Lagos State. Of a total of 136 movies nominated for the academy awards, Nigerian movies had 43 nominations, while the movie “93 days” had the highest nominations in 7 categories.
