Mules were backless shoes often worn by women and men in the early 1950’s through the late 1990s, and well, they are back with a bang.
Mules are the new cool, because designers have given this backless shoe a youthful makeover “One shoe trend we see really taking over in 2017 is the mule,” says Sean Kirschenbaum co-owner of The Shoebox.
As trendy as they are they come in various designs and colours ,Flat mules, low block-heel mules, heeled mules, sneaker mules, open- toes form called the slide, espadrille mules and also come in velvet, satin, canvas, and embroidery. They were big for 2016 and they will be even bigger for 2017. So ladies mules are your next best bet.
